Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping multiple items is allowed in one order. Total charge is the calculated combined weight of all items by us.

Collect in store

Collection is an option where you could arrange to collect your purchased item/s at our convenience and should be arranged by you following checkout.

Returns

Returned items are accepted but postage / courier costs are to be met by the customer. Where an item is returned as faulty and we are found to be at fault then we will process a full refund to include the return postage / courier costs as calculated by us.

Replacement

We will replace the item with a similar item if available and send the replaced item to you at no further cost. Else a refund will be calculated appropriately at our discretion and paid to you as in compensation.
