Important terms

Billing terms: Acronis Cyber Files Cloud is billed per user in arrears.

Cancellation terms: All backups must be ceased, and data purged from the account in order to receive no further charges post cancellation

End-of-life (EOL) policy: Running Latest Agents Acronis will only support Product installations that are no older than two (2) prior released versions. Service Provider must update to the most up to date version of the Software within six (6) months of its release.
